Chana Masala Recipe
- Bakers Jelly Mi
- 1 ltr Water
Directions to Prepare
- Soak 100g of white chickpeas overnight. Cook by adding little salt and keep aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil, fry 2 chopped onions till golden brown. Add 1 chopped tomato, 2 finely chopped green chillies and 1/2 inch sliced ginger. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of CHOZEN CHANA MASALA and cook for 2 to 3 minute.
- Add cooked chickpeas, water as per required consistency and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Also add salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati, Kulcha, Bhatura, Poori or Rice.
