Aloo Chaat Recipe
- Bakers Jelly Mi
- 1 ltr Water
Directions to Prepare
- Boil 500g of potatoes, chop and fry until golden brown. Transfer the contents to a bowl and cool.
- To the same bowl, add 2 tbsp of mint chutney, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 cut green chilli, salt and mix well. Spinkle 1 tbsp CHOZEN CHAAT MASALA and toss.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate arils(optional) and serve.
- Chaat Masala is also commonly used as a garnish on salads and as a seasoning for fruit.
