Aloo Chaat Recipe

  • Bakers Jelly Mi
  • 1 ltr Water
Directions to Prepare
  • Boil 500g of potatoes, chop and fry until golden brown. Transfer the contents to a bowl and cool.
  • To the same bowl, add 2 tbsp of mint chutney, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 cut green chilli, salt and mix well. Spinkle 1 tbsp CHOZEN CHAAT MASALA and toss.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate arils(optional) and serve.
  • Chaat Masala is also commonly used as a garnish on salads and as a seasoning for fruit.
