  • 1 ltr Water
Directions to Prepare
  • 2 cups chozen corn flakes, 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats, 4 tbsp wheat bran, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 3 tbsp raisins (kismis)
Directions for Preparation
  • Combine the oats and wheat bran in a broad non-stick pan and lightly roast over a slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • Cool completely, add the cornflakes, vanilla essence and raisins and mix well.
  • Store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
