Directions for Preparation
  • Make a lump free batter with 4 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt,850 ml lukewarm water and 500 g Chozen easy palappam mix. Keep aside for 1 hour and it is ready to cook. Fermentation period may vary according to room temperature. One packet is sufficient for making upto 35 palappams. Replacing 1/4th of water with milk improves the taste and softness.
