Directions for Preparation
  • Splutter 1 tbsp of mustard seeds in hot oil. Add 1/4 cups of chopped onion, 1 tsp Bengal gram dal, 1 tsp of black gram dal to oil and cook until browned. Add 1/4 tsp of chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp of chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Add vegetables accordingly. Add 2 cups of water, salt and ghee to the prepared mix and boil. Add 1 cup of Chozen roasted Rava to it and cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly. Serve with nuts and raisins.
